• 应用程序

  Biographical Information - This form must be completed before starting any other forms. It starts the application process 和 generates the student file. A credit card payment of the application fee must accompany online submission. 美国大学的申请费是100美元.S. residents 和 $125 for applicants (or their parents) who reside outside the U.S. An application fee waiver may be requested by sending an email to admission@dhmh.net.

  由学生申请人填写. This form allows the applicant to share with the admission committee their personality 和 passions. It is to be completed by the student without assistance (other than helping navigate the website) from teachers or parents.

  由学生申请人填写. Applicants write a 200-600 word essay in response to one of three prompts. It is to be completed by the student without assistance (other than helping navigate the website) from teachers or parents.

• 建议

  现任数学教师, 现任英语教师, Personal - You will be asked to submit email addresses for your recommenders who will then receive the form via email. They will receive a link to the recommendation that allows them to complete 和 submit their form online. The 招生办公室 will not request recommendations from your teachers. Once the recommendation is submitted by your teacher you will receive an automated email confirmation.

• 父母声明

  The 立博体育 Committee is eager to learn about your child. 请坦诚地回答. We also ask that you upload a recent photo of your student. While not required, it is extremely helpful during the admission process.

• 报告卡

  Upload copies of the applicant’s final (year-end) report card from last school year 和 the most recent report card or progress report for the current school year. Official transcripts from the school are not required at this time; copies of report cards sent to the families may be submitted. Uploads must be PDF files 和 not screenshots or photos of report cards.

• 标准化考试

  St. 斯蒂芬。’s requires applicants to submit st和ardized testing scores. 

   

  St和ardized test results are one of many factors (current 和 previous grades, 老师的建议, 面试, 写作样本, 等.) that are considered when the admission committee evaluates an application. 

   

  St. 斯蒂芬。’s prefers the SSAT 和 also accepts ISEE admission tests. Testing before or on January 20th will ensure that the scores are accepted for the January 20th priority application deadline. Students applying to grades 11 和 12 may submit PSAT, SAT or ACT scores.

   

  Both the SSAT 和 ISEE are offering options at school sites, on a home computer 和 at Prometric Testing Centers. St. 斯蒂芬的 is offering on-campus testing for the SSAT on January 6, 2024. SSAT有一个有用的 网页 with instructions for each test format 和 also offers computer-based practice tests.

  International students - Students who are applying from outside the US 和 have trouble arranging for testing should contact the 招生办公室 to discuss individual circumstances. • 校园参观

• 面试

  All applicants are required to 面试 with an admission officer. The 面试 is for both the applicant 和 the parent(s) 和 takes about an hour (30 minutes each).

  Families can follow the progress of their file through an online checklist. All documents submitted electronically will be posted to the application file 和 the status can be reviewed through the Finalsite account.
